Welcome to MCPins, a Minecraft location mapper app that helps you track in-game coordinates across maps. By using MCPins, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Using MCPins

• Who Can Use It: You must be at least 13 years old to use MCPins. If you're under 18, get a parent's permission.
• Your Account: You need an account to use MCPins. Keep your login details safe—you're responsible for anything done with your account.
• What You Can Do: Use MCPins to save, organize, and share Minecraft locations (pins) for personal use. Free tier gets 1 map and 50 pins. Paid tiers (Iron and Gold) unlock more maps and pins.
• What You Can't Do:
  • Break Minecraft's rules or use MCPins for cheating.
  • Hack, scrape, or mess with our app's code or servers.
  • Share harmful content or harass others.
  • Use MCPins for anything illegal.

2. Paid Subscriptions

• Tiers: Iron ($3/month or $25/year) and Gold ($5/month or $36/year) unlock extra features like more maps and pins.
• Payments: We charge via a third-party payment processor. Monthly plans renew automatically; yearly plans save 30-40%. Prices are in USD, and you handle any taxes.
• Refunds: No refunds unless required by law. If you cancel, you keep access until the billing period ends.
• Changes: We may adjust prices or tiers. We'll notify you 30 days in advance via email or in-app.

3. Your Data

• What We Collect: Your email, username, payment info (handled by our processor), and pins (coordinates, map details). We also track app usage (e.g., clicks) to improve MCPins.
• How We Use It: To run the app, process payments, and fix issues. We may send you updates or offers (you can opt out).
• Sharing: We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers (e.g., Vercel for hosting, Postmark for emails) or if legally required.
• Your Control: You can delete your account in-app, removing all pins and personal info (except what we must keep for legal reasons).

4. Our Rights

• Ownership: We own MCPins, including its code, design, and name. You own your pins.
• Changes: We can update, suspend, or shut down MCPins anytime. We'll try to give notice but aren't liable for disruptions.
• Termination: We can ban you if you break these Terms. You'll lose access, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Accuracy: Ensure your pins and account info are correct. We're not responsible for errors (e.g., wrong coordinates).
• Backups: Save your pins elsewhere—MCPins isn't a guaranteed backup.
• Behavior: Be respectful. Don't spam or misuse the app.

6. Liability

• No Guarantees: MCPins is provided "as is." We don't promise it's perfect, always available, or error-free.
• Our Limits: We're not liable for losses from using MCPins (e.g., lost pins, game issues). Our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.
• Your Risks: You use MCPins at your own risk. We don't control Minecraft or your gameplay.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you via email or in-app 30 days before big changes. Using MCPins after changes means you agree to the new Terms.
